Terms of Service
Kiddly Art – Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 11th, 2025
Welcome to Kiddly Art! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how we provide our products and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. We encourage you to read them carefully—our goal is to make everything clear and fair.
1. Custom Artwork
Each Kiddly Art piece is custom-made just for you, based on the photo and details you provide. Because production begins soon after your order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the artwork is in progress. Please double-check your selections before submitting your order.
2. Processing and Delivery
We usually create your artwork within 2–3 business days. Printing, framing, and shipping are then handled by our production partners, which generally takes 2–5 additional business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method. We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control—but we’ll always do our best to help.
3. Gift Orders
You can request that your order be gift-ready. In that case, we’ll make sure no prices or invoices are included in the package—so it can go straight to your loved one as a surprise.
4. Returns and Refunds
Every Kiddly Art piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or offer refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or defective (which is rare), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll happily replace it at no cost to you.
