How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select the style you love, choose your frame, and click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. You’ll then receive instructions on how to upload your photos and share any special requests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
We’ll always choose the location closest to you.
After we create your digital artwork, one of our trusted partners prints, frames, and ships it.
They have several international facilities, and the one nearest to your address is automatically selected. That means in many cases, shipping is local, such as in the USA, UK, or Europe.
How long does an order take to arrive?
We usually create your artwork within 2–3 business days.
Then, our production partners print, frame, and ship it within 2–5 business days.
Approximate delivery times:
🇺🇸 USA, Canada, UK: 3–4 business days
🇲🇽 Mexico: 5–10 business days
🌍 Other regions: may take a bit longer
✨ In total: from order to delivery, most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.
Is the package gift ready?
Yes! You can request your order to be gift-ready, and there will be no price or invoice inside the box — perfect for gifting.
You can even send it directly to your loved ones, so they can open it right away and enjoy the surprise!
Do you offer refunds?
Each Kiddly Art piece is custom-made, so we’re not able to offer refunds.
However, if there’s ever an issue with quality or damage (which is very rare!), just let us know — and we’ll make it right right away.
Is your artwork gallery quality?
Absolutely!
Our frames are made from real Ayous wood — strong, lightweight, and beautifully smooth, ideal for framing.
They are 0.75″ (1.9 cm) thick and sourced from renewable forests.
We use premium paper
- Thickness: 10.3 mil (0.26 mm)
- Weight: 189 g/m²
Each piece includes an Acrylite front protector to keep your art safe during shipping (it won’t shatter like glass).
Is the art original?
Yes! Every Kiddly Art design is original, unique, and created specially for you.
What is the process? Is it AI or human-made?
We use a mix of AI and hand-drawn artistry.
First, we create a unique AI prompt for your portrait and upload your reference photos.
We refine the result by making many reiterations until it looks great — then our professional artist enhances it by hand as needed, fixing every little detail.
Once the artwork is ready, we’ll show you a preview.
If there’s anything you’d like changed, we’ll adjust it and show it again.
After your approval, we’ll print, frame, and ship it straight to you.
Can I see the portrait before it´s shipped?
Yes! Once your artwork is ready, we’ll send you a preview image.
If you’d like any changes, we’ll make them and show you again.
Only after you’re 100 % happy, we’ll send it to print and frame.
